VENT WITH INSTALLED FACE PLATE WITHOUT SCREEN DOOR

This view shows the face plate affixed to foundation with summer door, winter door removed.  If so recommended by your contractor or if designed by homeowner during the heating season the vent can be insulated with fiberglass insulation to maximum volume and the backer bar behind will keep the insulation from falling into the crawl space.
