Our goal is to introduce the Ultra CSV® crawl space vent to the retrofit market of 18.9 million existing stick built homes in the United States and to the approximately 1.8 million newly constructed homes built each year in the United States (estimate is according to the United States Census Bureau figures for 2002). In addition to the vast amount of both existing and new house construction, there is a growing modular and pre-fabricated home market. We also have a remodeling market for homes that build onto existing structures, thus creating a need for more vents. Although crawl space homes can be found in almost any community, they are typically located in areas with lakes, rivers, creeks, lowlands, and other high water table areas. The first marketing area that we intend to reach is our home state of Michigan. We intend to expand to other state and regional areas as rapidly as the market dictates. Ultra Creative Concepts is always looking to find and work through joint ventures with lumber yards, concrete service companies, hardware stores, siding companies, independent installers, handy man individuals and groups, industry experts, trade shows, home shows, and other interested groups and or parties that would entertain the concept of taking what we consider to be the best crawl space vent on the market to the consumer. We will utilize brochures, flyers, mailers, and advertising in various trade magazines and newspapers, as well as the internet. We also have a website that is an ever growing business and persona training resource. We are confident this venture will succeed for the following reasons:
