Ultra Creative Concepts is located in beautiful Northern Michigan, situated on
a lake that is 32 miles around. It occupies a scenic site surrounded by
beautiful landscapes as well as a vast array of wildlife and is the beginning
of the Muskegon River. The management of Ultra Creative Concepts believes that
all things should have balance and should function together so that we all are
being fulfilled individually and corporately. We believe strongly in a healthy
balance between work and a healthy home life. When it is time to work we are
able to do so at a very high level and certainly to the best of our ability. We
cherish and emphasize the importance of a healthy home life, family and
leisure. We instill and insist that this philosophy is evident in our company.
Without the proper balance we believe a person is unable to fulfill their
potential both at work and in their home life. We further believe in the
importance of faith and values. We are not a high pressure company that views
people as a means to an end. We value our team and work hard to make everyone's
involvement a life improving situation.
